How does booking work?
Pick your scooter, trip, room or transfer on the site, then send us the summary on WhatsApp. We confirm availability and price before any payment.
Do I pay online?
No. Your request is not a payment: the total is confirmed by message. For a scooter, we then send you the deposit amount and a payment QR code.
Is hotel pick-up included on day trips?
Yes, a return transfer from your hotel is included on every trip. The one exception is motocross, where the meeting point is shared when you book.
Are there child prices?
Yes, most day trips have a child price, shown on each trip. At the elephant sanctuary, children aged 0 to 4 go free.
How is the scooter price worked out?
Prices change with the season and are worked out day by day: each rental day is charged at its own season's rate. Rent by the day or by the week.
What do you need for an airport transfer?
Your flight number and arrival time. A driver meets you at Phuket Airport (HKT) in an air-conditioned vehicle. Price on request.
Do you speak English?
Yes. Bookings and info in English or French, from first message to drop-off.
